9awen Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 9awen website accessible at 9awen.net and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, games, promotional pages, and support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 9awen under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all contractual purposes. Where translated versions of these Terms are made available for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

9awen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision date. Continued use of the Platform after a modification is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To register and maintain an active account on 9awen, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. 9awen strictly enforces this requirement through Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of 9awen or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or 9awen itself.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false identity details is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

9awen reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: UMID, SSS Card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, and PRC license. Accounts where the submitted ID indicates the holder is under 21 will be permanently closed, and any balance will be returned to the verified payment method on record after deducting any bonuses received.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active 9awen account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9awen will close the secondary account(s) and may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit accumulated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 9awen login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9awen staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the 9awen support team immediately via live chat or email. 9awen will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account; however, 9awen is not liable for losses that occur prior to such notification where the unauthorized access was facilitated by the disclosure of credentials by the account holder.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on their account remains accurate and current. Name, date of birth, and national ID details cannot be changed after initial KYC verification without a formal review process. Contact details such as email address and mobile number can be updated via the account settings page, subject to re-verification.

9awen accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your 9awen account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect, depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.

All funds deposited into your 9awen account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are not accepted and will be reversed. This is a PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirement.

9awen does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. 9awen is not responsible for fees imposed by GCash, PayMaya, or any participating bank.

Withdrawals from your 9awen account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your account. Bonus wallet funds are subject to separate wagering conditions before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit is displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. 9awen does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on banking days are processed within the same business day.

9awen reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds. This is a routine compliance measure and is not an indication of account suspension.

In the event that a withdrawal is declined due to a failed payment provider verification, the funds will be returned to your 9awen account balance. The support team will contact you to resolve the issue.

9awen offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented and accepted. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply across all 9awen promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is clearly displayed in the bonus offer details.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are shown in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: 9awen monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation of loopholes, or fraudulent wagering patterns are detected. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

9awen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and in progress by a player.

9awen offers a library of 1,200+ games across multiple categories including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, sports betting, Go Rush, and Baseball. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface or the relevant section of the Platform.

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on 9awen use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual gaming session.

Live casino games are conducted in real time using physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dealer interaction — streamed via verified game providers. The results of live games are final once the round is closed and confirmed by the dealer or game system.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — the round in progress will be declared void, and the stake wagered on that round will be returned to the player's account. Winnings from a voided round are not payable. 9awen is not responsible for losses attributable to failures in the player's own internet connection or device.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. 9awen reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9awen Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Opening more than one account on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favor rather than reporting them to 9awen support.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies to drain wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus farming.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines or any applicable law.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or GCash provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by 9awen.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or any administrative system of 9awen, without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 9awen support staff member or other players in any communication channel.

9awen is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Online gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. 9awen actively provides tools and resources to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced in real time. Increases require a 48-hour waiting period before they apply.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to remind you to take breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, wager, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanently self-excluded players will not receive any marketing communications from 9awen.

9awen enforces a strict 21+ age requirement on all accounts. Age verification is completed through KYC document submission before a player can make their first withdrawal. Players who are found to be under 21 at any point will have their accounts permanently closed.

9awen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and the rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The full details of how 9awen handles your personal data — including what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it is shared, and how long it is retained — are set out in the 9awen Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By creating a 9awen account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and ongoing platform use.

9awen uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and 9awen's servers. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never visible to 9awen staff. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

All content on the 9awen Platform — including but not limited to the 9awen brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 9awen or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 9awen content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 9awen software or game.
• Use the 9awen brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation or endorsement without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 9awen intellectual property constitutes a violation of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9awen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9awen account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9awen shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in Platform availability due to circumstances beyond 9awen's reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, natural disasters, or PAGCOR-directed operational restrictions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your disclosure of credentials to a third party.
• Decisions made by players based on any informational content published on the Platform, including game statistics, betting tips, or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9awen's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9awen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 08.
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 02.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 9awen reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct by the player, the real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 9awen account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, any active bonus funds will be voided. Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all relevant PAGCOR regulations and directives.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 9awen's support team for good-faith resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 9awen Platform is lawful in your location. 9awen makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use outside the Philippines.

9awen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — such as alterations to withdrawal conditions, bonus policies, prohibited conduct definitions, or jurisd ictional scope — 9awen will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 9awen Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via the support team.
